1. General Rules

2. Rules for Sellers
- Only list new, recond, or used electric cars that you legally own or are authorized to sell.
- Provide accurate information, including make, model, year, mileage, battery details, and condition.
- Upload authentic photos of the vehicle. Stock or misleading images are not allowed unless clearly marked.
- Disclose important details such as warranty, accident history, and battery health (if available).
- Dealers must ensure all listings comply with automotive trade laws in Malaysia.
3. Rules for Buyers
- Buyers are responsible for verifying vehicle details, condition, and documentation before completing a purchase.
- Use the platform respectfully when contacting sellers. Abusive, spam, or fraudulent communication is strictly prohibited.
- Buyers should comply with local financing, insurance, and registration requirements when purchasing an EV.
4. Prohibited Content & Activities
The following are not allowed on EVAuto:
- Listings of non-electric vehicles or unrelated products.
- False or misleading descriptions of vehicles.
- Offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content without permission.
- Attempting to bypass the platform by posting fake or spam listings.
- Using EVAuto for illegal activities, scams, or fraud.
5. Dealer-Specific Regulations
- Dealers must maintain accurate, updated inventory.
- Recond EV listings must follow importation and reconditioning standards in Malaysia.
- Dealers are encouraged to provide service history, inspection reports, and warranty information to build buyer trust.
6. Advertising & Promotions
- Only approved advertising and promotional content is allowed on EVAuto.
- Sellers and dealers must not use misleading marketing claims about vehicles or services.
7. Compliance and Enforcement
- EVAuto reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these rules.
- Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
- Serious breaches (fraud, scams, illegal sales) may be reported to Malaysian authorities.
8. Accountability
By using EVAuto, buyers and sellers agree to conduct themselves responsibly and transparently. EVAuto acts as a platform only and is not responsible for disputes between parties.
